This method delivered the most perfectly cooked corned beef that I’ve ever seen.

The cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and celery, cook in the salty/beefy water with the corned beef, so they are incredibly flavorful and pair surprisingly well with the meat.
I made this in a crock pot, so it took a bit longer to cook than Chef John estimated. The important part is that it should be fork tender before you cut into it.
